We manufacture custom brass spotlights, pathway lights, underwater lights, well lights and outdoor lighting components from drawings or samples.
The landscape lighting range includes halogen and LED spotlights, pathway lights, underwater pond lights, well lights and deck lights. Depending on the design, parts are made by brass casting, forging and machining.
Send the housing, shade, post, stake or mounting part drawing. We will review finish, sealing, thread and destination-market requirements before quoting.

Yes. Gaton Brass manufactures custom brass parts from customer drawings, samples or detailed requirements. The process is selected after reviewing design and quantity.
Depending on the project, production may use brass die casting, forging, sand casting, investment casting, CNC machining and finishing.
Common options include raw brass, polishing, antique finishes, acid finishing, plating, coating and project-specific surface treatments. Include finish requirements in your RFQ.
